Undeniably one of the most well-loved song, The Rainbow Connection, came from no less a movie about puppets, Jim Henson creations that is. Aptly called, The Muppet Movie, it tells of how the beloved characters had begun according to Kermit The Frog (Jim Henson). The song was nominated at the Oscars and the Golden Globe for best original song. Also covered many times by numerous artists.
