Director Tim Burton's update on the beloved children's tale is one not to be missed. Johnny Depp's wisecrack portrayal of the infamous Mad Hatter is worth the price of admission. And yes, Burton's signature set. Avril Lavigne sang the movie theme, simply called Alice.
